Deanna and Duane aren't from Oregon and they decided they wanted a low key wedding that allowed them to visit some key friends and family as well as visit the great state of Oregon. They chose the Oregon Coast Aquarium which provided a gorgeous backdrop for their marriage vows (hello, being photo bombed by a shark is super awesome)
After their vows they were able to meet the seals in a private showing and then have a low key luncheon with their guests.
If you are looking for a wedding venue that accommodates for weddings under 50 then the Oregon Coast Aquarium would be a neat and unique way for you to go.
Meeting the seals and their trainer was a real treat. The seals were such good sports and such amazing animals- so smart and funny! Going to the aquarium has always been a treat because of the seal show, but, seeing them up close was even more so!
Having their wedding at the aquarium was a real treat for Deanna and Duane. They'd never been to the aquarium or the Oregon Coast before their wedding.
Some of their couple's portraits were taken in the aquarium and some were done outdoors. It's a little tricky to take portraits indoors due to the many visitors. Luckily, most were kind and allowed us a few minutes with the aisles clear so we could get a few shots.
