Lisa & Kyle met over 4 years ago at work. When asked they'll tell you that the other's personalities are both their favorite aspects. They came to me after a friend referred them and after hearing their plans for their wedding day I knew it was going to be beautiful. So happy for these two and their love for one another. I personally cannot wait to see them only get closer as a couple in the future.
Kyle and his groomsmen got ready in the little cottage attached to the barn and opposite of the girls. They looked awfully dapper in their grey suits and teal green ties. Kyle's best man was his brother and the bond the two share is evident.
Lisa & her girls got their hair and makeup done prior to arriving at the venue: The Willows. They started out by having a fun cocktail in their robes Lisa had gotten them. After a few getting ready portraits for the bridesmaids they were ready to assist Lisa into her dress.
I absolutely LOVED Lisa's dress; it was so beautiful. It fit her so well and then had a gorgeous lace cathedral trail. She had purchased her dress at the Bridal Gallery if you love it too!
They decided to do a first look before their ceremony so they could get their bridal party formals done beforehand. Kyle was so pleasantly surprised with Lisa and how she looked in her dress. The moment they shared before their ceremony was touching.
The ceremony was soon to start....
The ceremony was beautiful and their exchange of rings and vows surrounded by their family and friends. They had the ceremony set up in front of the venue's pond and in front of the barn area. After the ceremony, friends and family were asked to head into the barn for a small cocktail hour while the couple and their family had their formal portraits taken.
The bridal party- too much fun. I loved how everyone had a funny face for these!
Couple's portraits were taken right before the sun went down and they got lucky with a gorgeous sunset. The pond on the property made for a gorgeous backdrop.
The first dances were done inside the barn and Lisa's dad's emotion showed through. I love capturing these moments for my clients. These portraits will surely be so important to them.
After the bouquet and garter toss guests headed outdoors to get their dancing on.
Congratulations to these two! Thank you for allowing me to take your wedding portraits. May your marriage be the filled with happiness.
